How We Charge For Projects and Services

Our pricing for projects and services are flexible, we let you decide on a budget that works for you. We will provide you with a budget estimate for your project and you can hire us to complete the entire project or just a portion of the task. Maybe you only need help moving the heavy stuff around? Sure, just ask us to do whatever you need. We can set a days work for only a couple of hours on site.

If you want to purchase your own materials, feel free. We offer many flexible options to help keep your project price under control. Keep in mind, with our purchasing power we normally get the best contractor discounts from our preferred vendors.

Daily Base Rate: $249.00 – Includes Truck, Travel time to and from site of crew, *Basic Tool Set, Administration and Daily Fuel.

Hourly Rate Per Man Hour – Start and Finish on site (No travel time charges): $69.00

Disposal: $150 per half truck

Material Purchases: Add 15% of receipt. We receive contractor discounts on our accounts to save you money at our preferred vendors.

* Basic tool set includes all the yard work hand tools, wheelbarrow, trimmers, cutters, mowers and hand held power tools.

Rental Equipment:

We have a variety of machines that can be rented daily from our pool of equipment, here are the most commonly used machine rates:

Walkbehind Bobcat: $275 / day

Skidsteer Bobcat: $400 / day – Attachments Available

Sod Cutter: $150 / day

Mini Excavator: $300 / day

Medium Size Excavator: $400 / day

Other specialized machines can be also be rented daily.
