Monthly Yard Clean Up & Maintenance Services

Let’s keep your property in top notch state by us stopping by and cleaning up what needs to be cleaned. Just a couple hours of work a month can make a drastic difference on your property potentially saving you in the long run from doing a major yard clean up.

This doesn’t mean we need to complete the entire yard in one go, we can chip away at all the tasks that need to be completed every time we stop by. Monthly yard maintenance programs are a great way to put in a couple hours of work on your yard every month.

Should I go with a contract or without a contract for regular yard maintenance?

We offer our special contract price without a minimum service charge and at a reduced hourly rate. For customers who would like to have their yards cleaned up periodically you may choose to just have us stop by when you choose, we then ask we do a minimum of 4 hours of work on your property.

Within a monthly contract we can now do 2 hours of work repeated every month for 12 months, so a total of 24 hours over the year. If you think you may call us more than 3 times a year to clean up your property, a contract may be better for your pocket book.
